Which System shall I use?

I would like to share my view on both systems to give you an insight on what you might experience.

For people who suffer from constipation issue, I usually recommend the Open system first.

The Open system is provided with a thin rectal nozzle (the size of a pencil), which allows the waste to pass by that nozzle as you release (the waste does not go back into that nozzle).
The Open system allows your release freely and there is no concern in blocking the exit of that nozzle as you would on the closed system.

The Closed System is provided with a 3 inches wide speculum, and the waste can only exit through that speculum therefore, it is likely to be too hard to pass and will block the speculum not allowing the waste to come out. It is still possible to proceed but the therapist will know there is a blockage as you start cramping, and will have to take a break to send you to the toilets so you can have a flush. Then the treatment can resume. But it is inconvenient for both, the client and the therapist to have to stop throughout the treatment.

The advantage of the Closed System is the fact that the therapist can use it for a deeper Detoxification as to add herbal, probiotics or coffee enema to it.

Some people find the Open System too intense for their first time as their constipation makes it that way. However, I would still recommend having the very first treatment with the Open system to deal with the constipation issue by helping in hydrating and softening the faecal matters. Then for further treatments, carrying on with the Closed System. Once you had a few treatments on the Closed System, you can easily return on the Open one and it will be much more comfortable then.

Once the clients had their first treatment on the Open System, they often comment on how easy they find it to use and want to carry on with this system thereafter.

This is just a suggestion and if you still prefer to start with the Closed system, it's what you should do. The therapist will be with you at all time throughout the treatment to answer any questions you may have.
