Terms and conditions: All packages must be pre-paid and used within the time specified. They are non-refundable. If you haven’t used up your package within the specified time frame, you will be able to upgrade it to another package or you will lose your remaining treatment(s). Alternatively, you will be given the option to pay the treatment(s) remaining balance to the full treatment fee if applicable. Under certain circumstances, it will be down to 4 Balance and Health’s discretion whether you will lose your remaining treatment(s) or have the treatment(s) extended.
Booking terms/ Cancellation policy: Credit/ debit card details will be required on the phone to secure your appointment. No payment will be taken at the time.
4 Balance and Health requires a 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule any appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee, except if it is a last minute cancellation and you call one hour previously to your due time, the full treatment fee will then be charged. A failure to show for your appointment will also result in a full treatment cost being debited from the card.
Policy on packages, special deals and offers: cancellation within 24 hours or failure to show to your appointment, will result in the lost of that treatment and will be deducted automatically from your package.
To be fair to other
clients, treatment timings must be respected. Late arrivals may have to be
provided with shorter treatments at the full rate.
You will receive a text reminder for your scheduled appointment prior to your appointment.
